Alien Text Effect

This tutorial will teach you how to create a attractive Text effect by using Wind Filter.

Create 350 x 200 in Pixels blank page with a Black background.
Choose a Bright Green color as your foreground and Black for your background color.
Select the Type Tool and choose the the Type Mask Tool from the Options bar at the top of your screen. Next click inside the document and type any text you want

Choose Edit-> Fill-> Forground Color or press Alt+Delete

Go to Select > Feather 2 pixels or press Ctrl+Alt+D
Choose Filter > Blur > Radial Blur & the following settings.

• Amount : 100
• Blur Method : Zoom
• Quality : Best

Without deselecting, repeat step 7 again. or press CTRL+F

Next, Select > Inverse and repeat step 7 again. Or press CTRL+F

Your end result should look like this:
