Wall Texture
Step 1.
Make a 300 x 300 in Pixels blank page with a white background.
Next make sure your foreground and background colors are set to black and white. [Press D key]
Go to Filter > Render > Clouds.

Step 2.
Go to Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap and use following settings:
- Highlight Strenght : 8
- Detail : 15
- Smoothness : 10
This is the result what you should have: 
Step 3 .
Next go to Filter > Brushed Strokes > Crosshatch and add following settings:
- Stroke Lenth : 30
- Sharpness : 15
- Strength : 1

Step 4.
Go to Filter > Texture > Cranquelere and use following settings:
- Crack Spacing : 98
- Crack Depth : 6
- Crack Britghtness : 10
Your result should be similar to this: 
Step 5.
Finally
go to Image > Adjustment > Hue/Saturation and use this settings:
- Hue : 52
- Saturation : 14
- Lightness : 0
You will get the final result similar to this:
